The Hart Neighbourhood Centre, HNC,  is a registered Charity (no. 1126242) based in Hook but working accross Hart, Basingstoke and Deane and Rushmoor Borough.

Ours services include:

Summer Youth Diversion and all year round motivational projects for young people aged 8-16

Alternative Education Provision for 14-16 year olds

Apprenticeships for 16 – 24 year olds

Youth Mentoring Programme

Step Up basic skill programme for young people and adults out of work

Social Enterprise development

Could you help us?

We have volunteering opportunities and you could be just the person to take part.

  • Do you enjoy working with young people and have time to spare during the holidays?
    Get With Assistant     – Help organise and run activities Summer “Get With” programme.
  • Do you have time to spare to interact with a young person on a one-to-one basis?
    Youth Mentoring – With the complete support of our Youth Project Manager, you will develop an easy-going social companionship with a young person, so they have ongoing support and someone to talk to in a friendly, informal capacity. We offer the chance to apply and train as a youth mentor every three months, so if you’re interested, contact us at the Centre to arrange an interview.
